So, my second week has ended and here are the results:

Ok, so I admit, I was eating unhealthy yesterday but not the fatty unhealthy, the I ate barely anything unhealthy.




Breakfast:

Forth Day.... ugh, so, my boss said today that Oprah said that if you don't feel the hunger pain, you are not dieting.... well, I'm DEFINITELY feeling the hunger pain!



Breakfast:

1 Bowl of Cheerios of Oats with Soymilk


Lunch:

1 Italian Twister Wrap, 1 Chicken Salad, and Diet Green Tea


Dinner:

Third Day!!! OMG! I'm gonna go INSANE!!! I've been craving gummy bears all day! I ended up going to GNC which is right next door to my job cuz I know they sometimes have some healthy candy or something. A good friend of mine works there and he suggested Nutra-Trim Gum which claims to "increase metabolism and help control cravings". So I chewed some of that but all that did was make me hungrier... Anyway, I had a couple pieces of those today and:

Breakfast:

1 Bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Soymilk


Lunch:

Campbells Vegetable Beef Soup and a side of Brown Rice (Not the actual picture)


Dinner:

Second Day! Ok, so, I'm feeling hungry from the small portions of food and I may even go crazy pretty soon but I'm gonna stick with it! Today I munched on:




Breakfast:

4 Waffles with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"


Lunch:

1 Chicken Salad, Some Pineapple, and Diet Snapple


Dinner:

So this is my first day in the Quintano Media's Weight Loss Competition and I think I did a good job starting of right. So far this was really hard for me. The temptations throughout the day were killing me (especially when a coworker offered me a donut) however, I stuck with it and got through the day... Just about 90 days to go.... On another note, throughout the day I have been mainly drinking water and some diet green tea. Also, this dieting thing really saves me a lot of money.

1 Salad and Diet Green Tea

So, I weigh 284.2 pounds and I have been wanting to lose weight for a long time now but I always end up being lazy about it but now I am serious, I need to lose this weight to make a better life for myself. So I'm joining Quintano Media's Weight Loss Challenge on Justin.tv. As a first step, I am throwing away all of the junk food I have, and I have a ton of junk food!
